There is Italian, which is a minimum of political interests, who have not read this book.
Anyone who wants to expand their personal outrage against the "Italian system" can not help but read another "must " publishing. The title is " Toghi ROUTES " by Bruno Tinti and published by Chiarelettere . As indicated by
Marco Travaglio, in "Togas ROUTES " << there are scenes of the judiciary in an interior, even a hell, told without any concession to political correctness. Togas route has the advantage of being written for citizens who want to understand something .>> And it's true.
The book is divided into two parts. In the first there are reports of magistrates and judges that expose, in a clear, real cases of judicial mismanagement, nepotism, political pressures and mafias. The narrators are able to paint strokes with the institution more friendly than those canons to which the Italian is used to relate to. Judges hear them a bit 'more friends.
Personally, I only worry is that perhaps the judges who are passionately told represent only a small percentage of the universe Judiciary.
The second part of the book is a veritable manual for dummies "of the Italian criminal law and procedure. With words and examples of clear and explain even the most fast sliding of law, because in Italy no one ever goes to jail.
Penalties, investigation, the Court of Liberty, the prescription, suspended sentence, probation, the probation social services, home detention, the probation and much more. A real annotated list, usually difficult for ordinary citizens, what the legislature ( coinciding with the government / political parties) is is deliberately devised to ensure that justice in Italy went to hell.
