I opened this bottle by mistake. In the sense that I had in mind more distracted. Perhaps the darkness of the cellar has deceived me, but they are now over for cover, because, as a meditation wine, I thought the cheese. I approached the Tamellini 2007, Recioto di Soave DOCG Vigna Marogna of Pecorino Romano, I had at home. The result was amazing. The amber with red streaked with great spirits, I welcome notes of orange blossom, peach, the sweetness of wild yellow plum, orange peel, and smoked in sequence, ash, moss. A big step from Garganega grapes grown by brothers Gaetano and Piofrancesco Tamellini in their vineyard cru de Marogna Costiola in calcareous soils of medium texture. A wine that is produced every two to three years and follows an established process: five months of drying, fermenting and aging in steel for 8-10 months in bottle for five months. A small masterpiece of winemaker Paul Caciorgna Tamellini and brothers, but also big fans of wine culture.
